Terms of Service
Effective 24 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Solve, a website monitoring service operated by CCG IT Services Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using Solve, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Solve crawls websites you submit and presents technical SEO findings, machine-testable accessibility checks, structured manual-review tools, passive security-posture checks, improvement plans and progress information. Results are intended to help identify and manage website improvements.
Solve does not automatically change your website. Accessibility results are not a certification of legal or WCAG compliance, and security checks are passive observations rather than a penetration test or guarantee of security.
2. Your account and websites
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You may only submit websites that you own, administer, or are authorised to assess. You must not use Solve to interfere with, overload, probe without permission, or unlawfully access any website or service.
3. Trial and subscription
New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial without a payment card. The Standard plan is £99 per year and currently includes up to 5 websites and up to 5,000 pages per website. Any limits or features shown at checkout or in your account form part of your subscription.
If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so access continues until that date. We do not provide a refund merely because you cancel part-way through a paid period, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
4. Crawling and availability
Website audits depend on the target website, network conditions, robots and access controls, hosting behaviour and third-party infrastructure. A crawl may therefore be incomplete, delayed or unable to access some pages. We may apply reasonable usage, rate and technical limits to protect Solve and third-party websites.
We aim to keep Solve available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every issue will be found. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding whether and how to make changes to your website.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the information and website content you provide or make available for analysis. You give us permission to process that information as necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Solve, attempt to bypass account or service limits, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law, or use Solve for unlawful activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or third parties.
7. Intellectual property
Solve, its software, interface, branding, documentation and original content belong to CCG IT Services Ltd or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service during your trial or subscription; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Solve is provided as a monitoring and decision-support tool. We are not responsible for losses caused by changes you make solely in reliance on an automated finding, by third-party services, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes and termination
We may improve or change Solve over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available. You may stop using Solve at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for material breach, unlawful use or non-payment.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Help & Support area of your Solve account.
